We offer several delivery tiers including White Glove Delivery, where our team will unpack, assemble, and place your furniture in your room of choice, as well as standard curbside drop-off for most items.

How long does it take for my furniture to arrive?

In-stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days. For items that are currently out of stock or custom-ordered, lead times may vary between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

What is your return policy for furniture items?

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and delivery fees are non-refundable. Custom or 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, Modani Furniture partners with third-party providers to offer flexible financing options, allowing you to pay for your purchase over time with monthly installments, subject to credit approval.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

All our products come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, spills, and damage for up to five years.
