At Modani Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every modern piece you select for your home. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 7 days of delivery for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team or visit your local Modani showroom within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Item

    Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

    Arrange for a specialized furniture carrier to collect the items or bring smaller accessories back to a designated Modani warehouse location as instructed.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods and confirms they are in new condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
